Bring electric vehicle charging to your tenants
Electric Drive 805 works with property managers to help deliver solutions for EV charging at multifamily housing and workplace locations. About 90% of all electric vehicle charging happens at home, and almost half the population in the 805 region is composed of renters. If a person lacks reliable access to charging at home, their next best option is workplace charging.
Installing EV charging stations at your workplace and multifamily properties will enable a completely new segment of our community to drive cleaner, more efficient vehicles – while also increasing your property value. If you are ready to lead the way, we can help provide a roadmap with turn-key EV charging solutions for your properties.

Fleet Charging Incentives
Fleet charging incentives offer significant financial assistance for businesses and organizations to install electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. Programs such as Energiize provide up to $750,000 per project for commercial fleet users and station owners, and up to $4 million for hydrogen fueling infrastructure. The Energiize Public Charging Funding Lane supports up to $500,000 per project, with potential for more if equity criteria are met. Additionally, the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit offers tax benefits for infrastructure used to store or dispense clean fuels or recharge EVs. These incentives help offset the costs of building essential charging infrastructure, facilitating a smoother transition to electric fleets.
