The SCE Pre-Owned EV Rebate program offers one of two options, based on your household level of income, when you purchase or lease an eligible pre-owned electric vehicle: Standard Option is $1,000 for the purchase or lease of a pre-owned EV. Income-eligible customers can qualify for the Rebate Plus Option for up to $4,000.
